2. Can you provide engineered drawings for building inspection permit requirements?

Yes, we provide engineered drawings for all permitting requirements for all residential foundation repair and/or upgrades.

3. Can you provide as-built certifications for completed jobs?

Yes, we can provide the as-builts based on photographs you send us.

4. Can you provide lender/Homeowner certifications of a completed job?

Yes, we provide those also.

5. What is the turn around time?

We have a 24-48 hour turn around time.

6. What are the costs?

The normal cost is $350 for the engineered drawing and $50 for the as built. Custom requirements may involve an extra charge.

7. How do I make an engineering request?

The order form can be submitted from this website. The order area requires a password. Just fill out the password request and the password will be sent immediately to your email address.
