Certification issued by an Engineer stating whether or not a Manufactured Home meets HUD Regulations. (This can be issued for an existing Manufactured Home or Newly Installed Manufactured Home)

For $200 above the base fee, HRES will expedite order and give it top priority for processing.
Typical expedited turnaround is 24 hours (but not guaranteed)
